Yarn:
1 Skein Peaches & Crème Article 930 Worsted Yarn
1 Skein Article 2001 Dazzling Diamonds Cotton Metallic
Note: Hold these two yarns together as one throughout knitting.

Needles:
1 Pair Single Point needles 7 or 8 (US)
Crochet hook or tapestry needle

Abbreviations:
B1: 1 Border Stitch, knit

Cast on:

9 stitches

Knit border for 2 rows then begin pattern.
Note: Hold these two yarns together as one throughout knitting.

Pattern:
panel of 7 stitches

Row 1( WS): B1, purl across, B1.
Row 2: B1, k1,k2tog,yo,k1,yo,ssk,k1,B1.
Row 3: Same as Row 1.
Row 4: B1, k2tog,yo,k3,yo,ssk,B1.

Knit these 4 rows for pattern till desired length, end on odd row.

Diamond Top Finishing:
Row 1: B1,ssk,knit across, k2tog,B1.
Row 2: B1, knit across,B1.
Row 3: SSK,k1,k2tog
Row 5: K3
Row 6: Sl- k2tog-psso.

Weave in ends. Make tassel and attach to diamond top of bookmark.

To make tassel: wrap both yarns around three fingers till desired
thickness. Cut yarn. Cut 2 pieces of yarn 8" long, one slide between the
two loops to secure the top of the tassel. Second piece wrap around the
body of the tassel 1/4" from top, knot and cut. Cut end of tassel. Secure
to top of bookmark.

Great for Holiday gifts using the Christmas Ombre, or try other colors of
Article 2001 for gifts throughout the year.
