RIB-KNITTED MINI DRESS WITH SPAGHETTI STRAPS

Materials: Peaches & Crème, 100% cotton, 4-ply 5(6,7,7)

2 1/2 oz. balls. Color# 123 Lemon. 6 wooden beads.

Stitcnes:  Knit 2, purl 2.

Needles: One pair #8 strait knitting needles. D3.25

crochet hook.

Gauge: 14 sts and 22 rows=4"

Finished size: S(M,L,XL)

Chest: 33(38,40,42)"

 Length: 25(27 1/4,29,31)"

Directions:

At start, leave long yarn which will be used

for crocheting the Back and the Front pieces together.

Cast on 58(66,70,74) sts. Work rib pattern k2 p2. Knit 25(27 1/4,29,31 )". Bind off all stitches loosely.

Knit two pieces.

Finishing:

Crochet together the two pieces. Crochet a

rope, and lace through every 2 stitches at the top of the

dress. Finish the rope ends with wooden beads. Tie a bow.

straps: Crochet 4 -15^" long ropes. Two ropes for each

shoulder strap. Attach to the dress one rope to the Front

and one to the Back. Tie them together with a bow. Do

the same with the other shoulder. Finish the ropes with

wooden beads.
